Tentative Schedule

September 1st - Fly into PHX airport. Transport to Flagstaff around 3pm. Welcome dinner at Villa
September 2nd: Morning chat. Photoshoot in Sedona
September 3rd: Classroom day. Topics include: Business, Marketing, Sales, etc
September 4th: Photoshoot at Grand Canyon
September 5th: Morning Chat. Leave around 11am for airport

**There will be shooting opportunities at the host venue in addition to the location shoots**

Detailed timeline will be discussed with attendees to customize it to fit
their needs/wants from the workshop

Cost: $2000 per photographer ($1900 if paid in full).
$600 for spouse/significant other (non-shooting spot)

Things To Consider

• Weather in Arizona is unpredictable. We will do our best to avoid photographing in bad weather, but it may be unavoidable. Be prepared to get wet in case it rains (not likely in the desert but you never know). This means clothing as well as protection for your gear (rain covers, bags, etc). It may be hot in some locations as well, so prepare for heat (low 90s).
  We will update on expected weather the week before.

• The type of photoshoots we will be doing will depend on the wishes of the attendees. We will have models traveling with us that will be available for a variety of shoots. We will also be getting agency models in Arizona. The specific shoots will be planned with the attendees in the FB group. We can do senior, wedding, fashion/beauty, maternity and boudoir. The plan is to mix them up a bit so its not all one genre, but we will plan it based on what the attendees want.

• We have a few options for meals. We can eat as a group at a local restaurant or we can cook for the group. You are free to do your own thing as well. There will be structured time for the lecture/talk portion of the workshop.
  There are plenty of options available for meals.

• If you bring a spouse/significant other, they will share a room with you. They are welcome to travel with us and participate in the workshop portion, but they will NOT be allowed to shoot. This allows us to maximize shooting time for each attendee and not have to worry about 20 cameras photographing the same subject. This will not be paparazzi shooting.
  You will have full control to direct your shooting during the shooting portion.

• Each attendee will have their own room and bed. Bathrooms will be shared with other attendees.

• This will be an intense trip. Due to the various locations we will be going to, we will be up pretty early each morning to maximize our time at each location. Nothing crazy like 3am, but we will be leaving the house early each morning, particularly for the Grand Canyon and coming back late in the day. There will be quite a bit of time spent in cars traveling to each location (usually 1.5-2hrs each way). There will be a bit of walking on and off road/pavement to the various shooting locations. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes that you can walk in. This is not the workshop for you if you want to relax by the pool and chill. We will be working hard :)
